Hello again Bloggers! we all know about the "good" Foundations that everyone has that come from the huge shops e.g.Brown Thomas etc. A lot of the time you are being cheated with the high end products why not try your local pharmacy! why not Rimmel's Wake me up! I highly reccomend this! Be careful with your foundations they will go off!and that will make you break out because the protein in the foundation will go off! and stop working so make sure to check! Organic Foundation is made from natural minerals like calcium, silica and magnesium. They don’t contain talc fillers or preservitevs If find any Organic foundation which is quite hard to find. they are said to be longer lasting, safe to sleep in and a natural protective from UVA and UVB rays which is important for not breaking out.So I reccomend them!

Ingredients of your foundation's

Hello Bloggers how are we comment for preferences! Foundations on today's market come in cream, liquid, pressed powder, loose powder, or mineral form. They also come in different finishes such as matte or satin depending on what you want or what skin type you have e.g. dry/normal.! As you know all foundations are different, some are thick some are thin some are very dark and some are very light, so today I'm going to look at the main ingredients in most foundations so the main ingredient in foundation is Castor oil as it doesn’t contribute to acne so it can’t make it worse! You may also see on your foundation E012 this is actually the colour that is put into it so now you know that its colour, and not harsh chemicals. Pearlescence is also found in Foundation sometimes called "pearl essence" its gives the foundation its glossy shine .This is used in loads of products e.g. fake tan another ingredient that is also used a lot is a wax called “glycol distearate” it’s a "shimmery substance" found on fish scales! usually from herring and a by-product of fish processing. There is many different ways of applying foundation e.g. • Fingers (never do this!!!!) • Sponge (best coverage way in my opinion) • Brush(also good but can leave streaks from bristles best brush stippling brush)

Foundation comes from what?

Foundation is the skin coloured Cream that is used to make women or sometimes men look better or hide Blemishes.Foundation originally came from the ancient Greeks the more wealthy ones who wanted to look more superior then the rest of the people it was used by women and men at this time as the Greek women liked a paler look. They used white chalk and white lead powder. Later in the years Romans started to get into the more cream Foundation which was made up of animal fat, starch and tin oxide.The Tin gave it a bit of colour and the animal fat gave it the creamy effect. As we go through time Foundation changed and so did peoples ideas of what they wanted although for a very long time women still wanted pale skin for different reasons like in the middle ages women thought that if you were dark you were seen as an outdoor worker. During the Elizabethan time women wore a mixture of Lead and Vinegar which many men and women died from as it literally melted the face after a while.
